Industries & Roles

We work with women in all roles across male-dominated industries including mining, geosciences, tech, engineering consulting, science, law, finance, and more. This program is designed to serve people working in a corporate structure (vs. unionized or paramilitary/military).

Gender & Centering

This program is open to anyone in a gender minority in an industry dominated by cisgender men. Our content is primarily centred on the experiences of women (cisgender & trans).
